How to Apply

The Teacher Education with Multiple Levels (TEML) program for the Master of Arts in Teaching degree is designed to meet initial teacher licensing requirements at the graduate level for the state of Tennessee.

In Fall 2008, the Middle Grades concentration for initial teaching licensure was added to the MAT degree program.

This teaching licensure area has an excellent employment success rate. Since the first cohort graduated in 2010, 100% hold teaching positions locally & across the nation.
