Nurse News!

Parents, please complete a medication authorization form , filled and signed by a parent or guardian so that we (health services) can properly administer medication to the student/child for over the counter medications.  Also, if your child has any allergies to medications or foods, please list them on the bottom of the page and let us know if we can be of any assistance to them. If your child has an epi-pen, glucagon, or inhaler, please sign another medication form and have the physician sign it as well so that we can put this in our file.  If you need any more information please let us know.

Washington County School Health Department will be on campus to conduct Health Screenings on November 12th. This will involve students in K,2,4,6,8 and 10th grades.
