We manage and coordinate care for people with all types of acute and chronic illnesses. We provide Medical Care for all ages:

Specialists and specialized testing are available through cooperative efforts with Wellmont-Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol Regional Counseling Center, and physicians including ETSU Physicians and Associates.
Due to our training and the scope of our practice, we are pleased to be able to provide care without potential limitations imposed by gender, age or part of the body involved.and to coordinate with any other physicians or services that you may need. Moreover, if you need to go into the hospital, we will take care of you there, too! And someone from our practice is always available after hours, on weekends and holidays if you need us.

Appointments
Office visits are by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call our office switchboard at (423) 989-4050 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
If you or other members of your family become ill, we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible. It is important that you call before coming to the office. If it is necessary for you to be seen by a doctor, this will help you to be seen more efficiently. If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, please call us to cancel as soon as possible so that other patients who need to be seen can be scheduled at that time.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, medical emergencies may make it necessary to delay or reschedule your office visit. If rescheduling is unavoidable, a new appointment will be offered at the earliest convenience.

Our telephone number is (423) 989-4050. We have an automated answering system to assist you in being connected with the correct individual when you call our office. Our staff is trained to respond to your questions. Sometimes, in order to answer your questions, your message may be relayed to your doctor and your call will be returned as soon as possible. ETSU Family Physicians of Bristol is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed inside the building or in any building entrance. If you would like help in "kicking the habit," please talk with your doctor.
