As a person who enjoys variety, I was naturally drawn to family medicine early on in medical school because it involves the broadest range of medical conditions, procedures, and patients. I have always been fascinated with how the body's many organ systems and physiologic processes work in consort and I would like to continue to work with all of them in my career. I look forward to forging strong and lasting relationship with people and getting to know them for more than just their medical conditions. I believe that primary care is the area where new medical graduates' services are most needed. I aspire to start my own practice and also contribute to a community teaching hospital. My interests include running, singing and traveling.
