I grew up on a large Angus cattle farm in Clarkrange, Tennessee with my parents and younger brother. My undergraduate education was completed at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I attended medical school at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee.
I am excited to be in Kingsport with a great set of mentors as well as the opportunity to care for my own patients. I love being part of the small town environment and look forward to a career in rural medicine.
I enjoy participating in mission work, being outside, hiking, reading, cheering on my VOLS, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends every chance I get. I have a cat named Fluff, and also a dog, Angie, who stays at home on the farm.
