I was born and raised in a small town in the Wyoming Valley
of Pennsylvania. I completed my B.S. degree in
Wilkes-Barre at King’s College, a small liberal arts
school with a diversity of people and a fantastic support
system. I was looking for the same type of atmosphere
when choosing a residency program, and I immediately felt the
warmth and support at Kingsport the minute I stepped into the
clinic for my interview. Incredibly, Kingsport is a rural
program with a community hospital feel, but the resources of a
BIG university hospital. |
| I completed my osteopathic degree at Lake Erie College of
Osteopathic Medicine, and I plan to integrate osteopathy into
my practice along with herbal and holistic medicine.
Family medicine was an easy choice because I can do all the
things I love and really get to know my patients. I
especially love the diversity of patients I get to see each day
and the diversity of health issues they present. |

I am excited to be in the Appalachian Mountains. I
love to be outdoors, and I enjoy everything from gardening, biking,
swimming, snow shoeing, to just playing with my dog Noel. I
am a foodie at heart and enjoy trying new restaurants and
recipes. I love to travel, and I like all types of music!
