The ETSU GoldLink System
The University’s GoldLink system allows you access to student information online, you may pay fees, view an unofficial Transcript, etc. You will not use GoldLink to register for courses. We register you from this office.
The system is not available on Sunday from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m.
To access GoldLink go to https://selfserv.etsu.edu
Choose: Enter Secure Area
You will need to enter your User ID and a PIN. Your User ID is your univeristy assigned E#. If you do not know your E#, do an E# lookup, which is an opiton on the Goldlink website. Your PIN is a six digit code initially set to your birthday in the format of MMDDYY. If you ever forget your PIN, contact Sherry Bailey or Carol Plummer at 439-2104 and we can reset it for you.
From the main menu screen you are able to select several different items. If you select STUDENT, this will take you to a menu where you can access your Student Records and your Student Account.
Student Records will take you to a menu where you can view your
transcripts and any holds on your records.
Student Account will give you access to your account detail and to
payments & Refunds where you will access the ETSU ePay site.
NOTE: When viewing information in GoldLink you will be asked
to select a term. Make sure you select the appropriate term
such as: 200981 - COM as this confirms that the information
you are viewing applies to the Fall semester at the College of
Medicine and not to Undergraduate, Graduate or College of
Pharmacy.
Helpful Hints for GoldLink
- Avoid double-clicking. This can cause termination of the session forcing you to login again.
- There is a time limit on each session. If time runs out simply log in again.
- Watch for error messages, indicating that a problem has occurred in completing the last transaction. Read the message and complete the transaction
- EXIT Be sure to exit the menu when done. This will secure personal information.
