Benefits for Disability may be reduced to less than the applicable Base Benefit Amount shown above, as described in Reductions to the Base Benefit Amount in Section III.
THE TRUSTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND, WITHDRAW, AMEND OR MODIFY THE PLAN AT ANY TIME. ANY SUCH CHANGE OR TERMINATION IN BENEFITS: (a) WILL BE BASED SOLEY ON THE DECISION OF THE TRUSTEE; AND (b) MAY APPLY TO ALL STUDENTS.
