Pack and Wykoff recently penned articles for Now and Then:  The Appalachian Magazine.  Dr. Packs article describes the problem of prescription drug abuse in Appalachia, and Dr. Wykoffs article  offers an historical perspective on public health in Appalachia.  Now and Then:  The Appalachian Magazine is a biannual publication of the Center for Appalachian Studies and Services at ETSU.
