WEATHER UPDATE-- Saturday the 19th, 8:30am-- There's some spotty rain this morning, but we're going up
on the trail anyway! We're scheduled to

II. Events, April 2008
- Weds Apr 9, 12noon-2pm, The Cave (lower level of the Culp Center). The Beehive Collective, a Maine-based art
and education collective that works on globalization and environmental justice
issues, will display two large, narrative art works, and will present an
interactive slide show, "Dismantling Monoculture: Tales of Ants and
Economics in the Americas." Don't

- Weds Apr 16, 7pm, Culp Center Forum (3rd floor). "Chill Out: Campus Solutions to Global Warming," a
live, interactive webcast produced with the support of the National Wildlife

- Thursday Apr 17, 10am-2pm, Borchuck Plaza (in front of Sherrod Library). ETSU Earth Day Celebration!! Music by Ras Alan, Hot Groove (formerly
Makia Groove), ETSU Bluegrass Players.
Tables and displays by dozens of regional environmental and political
groups. Rain Location--The Cave and
Cave Patio (lower level Culp Center).
