*NOTE:  To determine financial aid eligibility (including Pell eligibility) for summer 2012, students must complete the 2011-2012 FAFSA (June 30, 2012 application deadline).

Students are also required to complete the ETSU Summer Aid Application 2012 (available starting around mid-February 2012). You cannot receive summer aid without completing this form. It is essential that both the FAFSA and the Summer Aid Request Form be completed in a timely fashion to prevent delays in receiving summer aid.

If you are unable to access the Summer Aid Request Form online, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at ETSU for assistance.

Due to the fiscal year-end processing, all student requirements for certain types of funds, such as Perkins Loan and SEOG, MUST be completed by the second Friday in June, and Lottery Scholarship eligibility must be evaluated and awarded to the student by June 1 or it will not be awarded for the award year.  Such funds will be canceled without possibility of reinstatement if requirements are not completed in time.  It is the student's responsibility to check their Financial Aid Status on GoldLink for any unsatisfied requirements.  Be sure to frequently check your Goldmail (ETSU email) and your Financial Aid Status GoldLink accounts.

Counselors are available to assist students with any questions or concerns regarding their eligibility. Contact Us!

*Summer Term is considered the end of every school year here at ETSU.  If you plan on attending summer school, please seek counseling from the Office of Financial Aid as soon as possible.  There are limits to all grants, loans, and scholarships.
