2023-2024 Forms
Use these forms if you have been selected for verification for Fall 2023, Spring 2024,
or Summer 2024 Semesters.
NOTICE: Please submit the items that pertain to your verification tracking group that is reported on your Student Aid Report. Please check
the Student Requirements section on the Financial Aid tab in your GoldLink account
for additional information about the verification group in which you have been placed.
You can also check your GoldLink account to determine which forms need to be submitted
in order to complete the verification process.
