Welcome to the East Tennessee State University Honors College Student Council website.

The Honors College Student Council at East Tennessee State University is solely dedicated to serving the students of the Honors College and to having a positive impact on the larger ETSU community. The Council consists of four University Honors Scholars, two Midway Honors Scholars, four Fine and Performing Arts Scholars, an International students' representative, and an Honors-in-Discipline representative. These members are elected by their respective programs at the end of each year for sophomores, juniors, and seniors, and at the beginning of the new year for freshman and junior Midway Honors Scholars.
