enrichment, opportunity, and recognition for our best and
brightest with some unique touches.
- The University
Honors Scholars Program offers you a specially
designed curriculum in general education taught by exceptional
faculty. This four-year program provides full scholarship
support and the atmosphere of a small liberal arts college
within the larger university community. Your degree is not
limited, but you’ll share your special curriculum with
your class throughout your education at ETSU. This program
requires special and early application.
- Honors-in-Discipline
Programs are offered in a variety
of degree programs at ETSU. These programs are designed to
provide you specially designed, in-depth, and hands-on experiences
in your area of study. You can apply to these programs as
a freshman or later in your career at ETSU. Out-of-state
scholarships and limited in-state tuition scholarships are
available.
- The Midway
Honors Scholars Program is a specially designed
new program that recognizes exceptional students who wish
to transfer to ETSU. If you have excelled at a different
university or have graduated from a Tennessee Community College
and wish to pursue an enriched honors opportunity at ETSU,
the Midway Honors Scholars Program was designed with you in mind.
This scholarship program will direct you to an honors-enriched
curriculum and support your goals for special Honors opportunities,
Study Abroad, Exchange, or Undergraduate Research. This
program requires special application before your first semester
at ETSU.
The interdisciplinary Fine &
Performing Arts Scholars
Program is
your opportunity to be recognized for your artistic talents
and a unique way to find your true potential as an artistic
at ETSU.
- The Fine & Performing Arts Scholars Program is a unique NEW interdisciplinary
program designed to acknowledge and reward students who excel
in the arts and wish to work closely with exceptional faculty
artists in a variety of areas. In this program, you’ll
share your artistic endeavors and part of your coursework
with students in your class. Through a unique Roving Artist’s
program, you’ll be challenged to assist in projects
across the university campus and region. Out-of-state
scholarships and limited in-state tuition scholarships are
available and the program requires special application. Class
size is limited, so check our website for details on how
