The museum offers many programs for kids to attend!
at the museum is a week-long paleo experience for kids from Pre-K through 8th grade. Campers learn about one of their favorite subjects- fossils!- by digging on a real fossil site, going behind the scenes in the lab, making fossil casts, and more! Summer Camp is a unique opportunity for activity-rich science in our region (and it's a lot of fun!). The Summer Camp 2013 Application Forms can be found here. can get their Geology Merit Badge with a focus in Natural History in a few hours at the site. Scouts will do hands-on activities, dig on the site, and learn about the geologic history of the region. Patch Programs- Any child can attend one of the museum Patch Programs we offer! During a Patch Program, kids visit our latest exhibit, do hands-on activities, and get their own souvenir patch. These activities allow little scientists to explore exhibit concepts through unique experiments and experiences.
