The observatory is located off Narrow Lane just south of the main campus.
FROM THE NORTH: From J.L. Seehorn, Jr. Road on the campus of ETSU, turn South, away from campus on Southwest Ave. Turn right onto College Heights Follow College Heights to the first intersection and turn left onto Narrow Lane. Follow Narrow Lane 50 yards and turn left onto a paved roadway. You will see the ETSU Astronomy Observatory sign. Follow the road past the Golf club house and up the hill past the practice golf course until you see the observatory and parking lot.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take Cherokee Road to Southwest Avenue, turn
north onto Southwest Ave. heading towards ETSU Campus. Turn left onto
College Heights. Take College Heights to Narrow Lane and turn left.
Follow Narrow Lane 50 yards and turn left onto a paved roadway. You
will see the ETSU Astronomy
Observatory sign. Follow the road past the Golf club house and up the
hill past the practice golf course until you see the observatory and
parking lot.
