The graduation ceremony for Fall 2011 graduates will take place Saturday, December 17, 2011 in the Mountain State Health Alliance Athletic Center (Minidome), at the following times:

10:00 a.m.

Instructions for Wearing Your Academic Hood

Graduation Rehearsal

Graduation Rehearsal for Fall 2011 graduates will take place Friday, December 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for the colleges of  Arts and Sciences, Education, Public Health and Medicine Biomedical Sciences  2:00 p.m. for the colleges of , Business and Technology, Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences, School of Continuing Studies and Academic Outreach  and Nursing in the Mountain State Health Alliance Athletic Center (Minidome). Final instructions will be given at this time.

Attendance at the Graduation Ceremony

Each graduation ceremony will last approximately 2 hours. Attendance is not mandatory, however students who participate in the ceremony should plan to attend the entire ceremony as it is disrespectful of others if you leave early.

The use of cell phones during the ceremony is discouraged, as is the use of air horns, throwing of confetti, balls, etc. and WILL BE confiscated if brought to the  Mountain State Health Alliance Athletic Center (Minidome).

The Fall 2011 Graduation Commencement Ceremony will be available to view LIVE on the Internet! Family and friends who are unable to attend in person can visit http://elearning.etsu.edu/graduationlive.htm to watch the Commencement service on Saturday December 17th at 10am and 2pm.
