File your Notice of Undergraduate Intention to Graduate electronically.
Major and Minor Sheets
All Major and Minor sheets must be printed, completed, and submitted to the Graduation office before the Notice of Undergraduate Intention to Graduate will be processed. See your college for specific instructions.
Undergraduate Course Substitutions
Advisors may fill in, print and submit the undergraduate course substitution form to the graduation office with appropriate signatures for recording in the student file.

Change Catalog Year
