Complete application for admission received by December 15 (application, application fee, high school transcript, ACT/SAT scores, senior schedule of classes)

Eligibility for scholarship based on 6th semester high school gpa

Eligibility for scholarship based on ACT/SAT score earned as of December 15th deadline. ACT/SAT scores earned after December 15th deadline will not be considered. Required SAT score is Math/Critical Reading sections only. ETSU does NOT use "superscores" for scholarship purposes.

Recipients are required to perform 75 service hours each semester in return for scholarship
