Bruce A. and Amelia R. Goodrow Endowment:
- Preference will be given to candidates who are either residents of Hawkins or Grainger counties in Tennessee, veterans of the military forces of the United States residing in East Tennessee or students from any other East Tennessee county, in that order.
- Preference will be given to candidates majoring in Community Health, Health Services Administration and Environmental health, in that order.

State of Franklin Environmental Society Scholarship:
- Undergraduate (entering freshmen are eligible)
- Environmental health major
- Resident of Washington or Greene counties in Tennessee
- Documented financial need
- Must gain an understanding of the State of Franklin Environmental Society through reading the history
