Program Announcements

The ETSU College of Business & Technology welcomes our new ETSU@PSTCC program on-site coordinator and academic advisor, Ms. Kristin Ferguson. All ETSU students enrolled in the various cohort sections are encouraged to stop by her office in Alexander Hall, Room 200 to meet her and introduce themselves. Ms. Ferguson's E-mail address is ferguske@etsu.edu; the program office's phone and fax numbers remain the same (see below for full contact info).

Openings are still available in ETSU's first on-site cohort for a Masters (MS) degree in Technology with a Concentration in Engineering Technology that began in Fall 2007. If you are interested in participating in this cohort opportunity, please contact Ms. Kristin Ferguson, the on-site cohort coordinator and academic advisor, or Dr. Andy Clark, the departmental graduate advisor.

ETSU Technology & Geomatics continues to offer classes for the sixth Engineering Technology (ENTC) cohort that began in Fall 2006. This cohort (designated "ENTC 063") is primarily for transfer students desiring a four year degree in one of two ABET-accredited program areas: the Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) program or the Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Programming & Automation Sequence. The cohort, developed to satisfy the needs of previously underserved populations of students within the Knoxville/Oak Ridge metropolitan area, will follow the previous model of engineering technology cohorts by offering a schedule of at least two (2) technical courses taught each term for six (6) consecutive semesters. All classes will be offered during the evenings.

Planning is underway for the next undergraduate Engineering Technology (ET) cohort. It is expected that this cohort will be offered for students seeking a B.S. ET degree in one of three concentrations: the newly approved Product Development, Manufacturing, or; Industrial Technology. For more information, please contact Ms. Kristin Ferguson.
