Annual Report / Executive Summary

In August of each year, an annual report/executive summary of the activities and recommendations of each governance organization will be prepared by its chair.

The annual report/executive summary is a permanent record, and each is bound as submitted; therefore, each report should be submitted in a form suitable for this purpose. A left margin of at least 1½" should be allowed for binding purposes.

Forward one copy of the report/summary to the appropriate official reported to by the governance organization and to each of the following:

  -- the Committee on Committees of the Faculty Senate;

  -- the Committee on Committees of the Staff Senate;

  -- the Student Government Association; and

  -- the Office of the President.

Two copies should be forwarded to the Assistant Director of Libraries for Reader Services, Box 70665.
