Welcome to the virtual office of Veterans
Affairs at East Tennessee State University
(ETSU). This office administers various veterans'
and certain veterans' dependents' educational assistance benefit programs
of the United States Department of Veterans
Affairs (USDVA) for students attending this institution, with the
exception of those in the James H. Quillen
College of Medicine. The office is physically located on the main campus at the corner of Lake and Alexander Streets in 101 Burgin E. Dossett Hall within the Office of the Registrar. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern) Monday through Friday. You may also contact the office at: Veterans Affairs
