He comes to ETSU from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he was director of the Division of Ultrasound. He holds M.D. and M.Sc. degrees from the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York, and the University of Pittsburgh.

Brittney Daniels is a home visiting nurse with Sponsored Programs. Before coming to ETSU, she was a nurse at Blackmon Pediatrics. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.
Edith “Edie” DeBord is an executive aide with the Child Study Center. She was previously an internal sales assistant at Pro Compounding Pharmacy. She holds an M.L.S. degree from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Suchil Kumar Dubey is a post-doctoral associate in the Department of Surgery after holding a post-doctoral position at the University of Kentucky. He holds a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.
Robert Lange is executive director of planned giving in University Advancement. Before coming to ETSU, he was a philanthropic advisor with the Ice Age Trail Alliance in Wisconsin. He holds a B.S. degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin.
Vicki Maxwell is a patient care specialist in the Department of Family Medicine. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Northeast State Community College.
Kathy Olinger is a graduate medical education coordinator in the Quillen College of Medicine after serving as a program coordinator for ETSU Family Physicians of Kingsport. She holds a B.G.S. degree from ETSU.
Bruce Rudis is a police officer in the Department of Public Safety. He was previously a K9 officer and school resource officer with the Carter County Sheriff’s Department. He is a graduate of William Floyd High School.
