Congratulations to University School Class of 2019 Alumni, Isabella (Gracie) Crabtree for receiving the Appalachian Highlands Streamworks Twenty Under 20 award!  Gracie is pictured above with Dennis Courtney, Founding Director of Streamworks and Milligan College President, Dr. Bill Greer.

According to their website, STREAMWORKS, Powered by Eastman in Education, presents the 2020 Appalachian Highlands Twenty Under 20 Awards which celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of twenty individuals who are age 20 and under. These superlatives have demonstrated exemplary achievements in community service, entrepreneurialism, leadership, academics, and STEM activities.

Gracie is currently attending Milligan College where she plans to double major in computer science and information systems with a minor in math. She also volunteers with the Girl Scout's “Think Like a Programmer Day” at Milligan, and she is a member of the women’s basketball team.

So wonderful to see one of our most recent graduates continuing to excel!
