Dr. Kelli Barnett, University School 2nd grade Instructor, will be awarded The Gryphon House/NAECTE Foundation Outstanding Early Childhood Practitioner Award!

Dr. Kelli was nominated by Dr. Pamela Evanshen, Department Chair of Early Childhood Education, in acknowledgment for her contributions to teaching.

The National Association of Early Childhood Teacher Educators awards these distinctions to educators who "demonstrate meritorious leadership and professionalism in early childhood teacher education".  Dr. Kelli will receive the award this November during the virtual NAECTE ceremony.
