Is Your Application File Missing Documents?

Your application for admission to ETSU will be complete when the Office of Admissions has received the following:.

  1. Your online application for admission and the application fee (all applicants)
  2. Freshmen applicants: your official high school transcript and ACT or SAT exam score
  3. Transfer applicants: official transcripts from every college or university you have attended

How to Submit Your Documents:


Request that an official copy (sealed, unopened version) of your transcript be sent directly to:

  • The Office of Undergraduate Admissions
  • ETSU
  • PO Box 70731
  • Johnson City, TN 37614

Official transcripts may also be submitted by email to, but they may only be submitted by officials from your high school or college/university. Students may not submit documents by email.

ACT or SAT Test Score

You may list ETSU as a score recipient when completing the ACT or SAT or request your high school counselor include test scores on your official transcript.
