Guest Artist Cheng-feng Hsieh
JOHNSON CITY (Jan. 10, 2018) – Steinway Artist Dr. Cheng-feng Hsieh will present a program of classical piano music in a Guest Artist Recital at East Tennessee State University on Friday, Jan. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Brown Hall auditorium, room 112.
Hsieh is professor of piano, graduate tutor and director of the Piano Art Research Center in the Music Conservatory of Guizhou Normal University in China.
A native of Taiwan, the award-winning pianist has performed throughout Japan, Korea, the United States, Europe, China and Taiwan and has collaborated with many world-renowned musicians. He earned his doctorate in piano performance at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
