TSBDC April workshops
JOHNSON CITY (April 2, 2018) — The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at East Tennessee State University will offer two workshops for entrepreneurs in April at the ETSU Innovation Laboratory, 2109 W. Market St.
The first, “Secret Social Media Tools,” will be held Wednesday, April 11, from noon to 1 p.m.
During this workshop, small business owners will discover the latest tools for daily management of Facebook, including how to create a call-to-action button, use the right layout, schedule future updates and more. It will also help users take their Facebook pages to the next level by creating targeted audiences.
“Advanced Facebook Techniques” will be held Wednesday, April 25, from noon to 1 p.m.
Facebook’s Power Editor will be the focus of this workshop. Users will learn to amplify the reach of their social media posts.
The workshops are $25 each and will be taught by Valentina Escobar-Gonzalez, founder of Beyond Engagement – Social Media Solutions. She assists small businesses in growing their engagement levels with customers online through social media marketing.
