New HR Director

JOHNSON CITY – (Aug. 24, 2018) East Tennessee State University has named Lori Erickson as executive director of Human Resources.

Erickson has over 14 years of experience with human resources, including the past 10 years at ETSU.  In her new role, she will provide oversight of the entire human resources division, including compensation, hiring, employee relations, business partners, workforce planning, recruitment and staffing, training, benefits, retirement and human resources operations.

She previously served as an assistant director of employee relations, compensation and development and as manager of wage and salary. During her tenure at ETSU, she assisted in the preparation and data analysis of the ETSU Equity Plan and also helped with the development, implementation and maintenance of eJobs, the ETSU online applicant and position tracking system.

Erickson holds B.B.A. and M.B.A degrees from ETSU.
