'Color My World'
JOHNSON CITY – “Color My World” is the theme of the fall concert by East Tennessee State University’s student vocal ensemble Greyscale, which will be held Sunday, Nov. 18, at 5 p.m. in the Brown Hall auditorium.
The concert will feature Greyscale’s signature mix of a cappella vocal styles, including pop, jazz, classical and more, with performances by the full ensemble and individuals within the group.
Greyscale performs under the direction of Dr. Alan Stevens, assistant professor and associate director of choral activities in the ETSU Department of Music. Members include Isaiah Bishop, Alex Byars, Emmi Cabello, Rebekah Cormack, Jared Erwin, Trevor Henley, Rebecca Latham, Hannah Lawson, Coleman Lowary, Luke Phillips and Mark Shelton.
Greyscale released its third album, “Five Alive,” in October. It, along with the first two albums, the self-titled “Greyscale” and “Spectrum,” are available on all major digital distributors, including iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Google Music and more.
Admission is $10 for adults and $3 for students.
