One important event that happens in studio courses is when students present their
design solutions to visiting design professionals from the Knoxville and Johnson City
region. Students develop oral presentation skills, receive feedback, and begin to
network with future employers in small groups. At the end of the presentation the
professionals gather the students all together to discuss their thoughts/impressions
on the presented work.
