In their last studio at ETSU, senior design students just presented their projects
on how design can address a social issue. This semester long project included research
papers, multiple presentations using various types of delivery methods (Skype, PowerPoint
and large presentation boards – shown). All during the semester they worked with
regional professional mentors who works with them each week. Topics included deafness,
obesity, urban farming, and domestic abuse.
