NY Times picThe New York Times recently highlighted the remarkable work of the Carter County Drug Prevention (CCDP) coalition and Director Ms. Jilian Reece.  The ETSU Addiction Science Center housed within the College of Public Health has had a close relationship with the coalition since 2014, including support with community organizing and grant-writing.

Ms. Angela Hagaman and Dr. Stephanie Mathis helped to facilitate the early work of the coalition, including assistance in writing two successful grants.  Christopher Lewis and Ms. Hagaman currently serve on the Steering Committee and Dr. Stephanie Mathis serves as the evaluator for the most recent SAMHSA funded Drug Free Communities (DFC) grant.
