CPH Highlighted in Illuminated Magazine

College of Public Health students, faculty, and alumni were recently highlighted in the Fall 2017 editionof Illuminated,East Tennessee State University's graduate student research magazine.

Included in this issue:
  • Environmental Health Sciences doctoral student Joseph Kusi received a research grant award for his research with Dr. Kurt Maier, Chair, titled "Biological Efects of Silver Nanoparticles on Invertebrates and Microbial Community Function in Freshwater Sediment."
  • Nathan Cunningham, 2014 Alumnus of the Master in Public Health with a concentration in Health Services Management and Policy, was featured in "Where Are They Now?"
  • Stephanie Mathis, Community Health doctoral student, and Dr. Rob Pack, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, were feature in an article titled "Opening Communication between Health Care Providers and Patients."
