ETSU’s Dr. Rick Wallace named Rural Health Professional of the Year Dr. Rick Wallace, ETSU College of Public Health alumnus, was named the 2021 Rural Health Professional of the Year Award by the Rural Health Association of Tennessee (RHA of TN).
