Dr. Wang Presents on Genetic Association of Depression and Alzheimer's Disease

At the Oversea Chinese Association for Psychiatric Diseases in Beijing, Dr. Kesheng Wang, Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, presented research entitled, “Family-based genome-wide association study identified novel loci associated with major depressive disorder and Alzheimer’s disease.”

During this meeting, Dr. Wang was appointed as Guest Professor by Beijing Hui-long-guan Hospital, Peking University Beijing Hui-long-guan Clinical Medical School, and was invited to join a collaborative research project looking at gene expression in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia with tardive dyskinesia.  He was also invited to be a member in the Advisory Board of Guidance Center for Clinical Ward Rounds and Distance Training Center of The Oversea Chinese Association for Psychiatric Diseases at Beijing Hui-long-guan Hospital.
