Next Phase of Library Building Reopening Begins June 1

As of Tuesday, June 1, the Medical Library will begin the next phase of its reopening plan. These changes will be in effect from June 1-July 11.

Changes:

• Access will be available to all three floors of the library utilizing the front main entrance from 10-6.
  
  
• The service desk will relocate from the basement to the first floor.
  
  
• Basement 24-hour access will resume.

Staffed Hours (All Floors Open): 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday

Basement 24-Hour Access: 6:00 pm - 10 am Monday through Friday

24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

NOTE: During open hours, card swipe access is not available.  Visitors must enter through the library’s first-floor main entrance.  After hours and weekend access for visitors from medicine, pharmacy, and physical therapy will be available via card swipe to the basement area. 

Visitors may enter using their ETSU ID badge with a swipe strip; enter via the card swipe door at the bottom of the ramp on the front side of the building. 

If you believe you should be authorized for access, but your card does not work during the hours above, contact Rachel Walden at waldenrr@etsu.edu with your name, college, status (faculty, staff, or student), and E number.
