Pharmacy, Medicine going on admissions tour across Tennessee

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Admissions representatives from East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy and Quillen College of Medicine are going on the road across the state of Tennessee to visit college students who are interested in a career in pharmacy or medicine.


The tour includes stops at:

  • Monday, Sept. 27, 1-3 p.m. CT: Tennessee Tech University, Lab Science Commons Building
  • Tuesday, Sept. 28, 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. CT: Union University, White Hall room 322  (Quillen College of Medicine only)
  • Tuesday, Sept. 28, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.: Jackson State Community College, Science Building Atrium (Gatton College of Pharmacy only)
  • Tuesday, Sept. 28, 4:00-6:00 p.m. CT: UT Martin, EPS Building
  • Wednesday, Sept. 29, 10:30 a.m. CT: Freed Hardeman University, Anderson Science Center
  • Wednesday, Sept. 29, 3 p.m. CT: Rhodes College, Buckman 108

Gatton College of Pharmacy was founded in 2005 by the community in order to fill a health care need in the region. Over the last decade, the college has grown and matured to a national presence and enrolled high-quality student pharmacists from across the country.
