Dr. Barham has been teaching in education for over sixteen years, the last four of which have been spent teaching at the post-secondary level in Cross-Disciplinary Studies, Educational Leadership, and Educational Foundations. Her research interests include curriculum development supporting instructional design best practices, alternative assessments at the post-secondary level, curriculum alignment for accreditation in post-secondary education. Dr. Barham's dissertation focused on technology implementation in the elementary classroom with an examination of teacher self-efficacy, age, years of experience, and professional development opportunities.
In her spare time, Dr. Barham is married, has two children, and two fur babies. She enjoys reading, swimming, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
