Why did you choose ETSU?
I chose ETSU because it feels like home. From the moment you first come to campus,
you become a part of the family here at ETSU. Everyone on campus, from faculty to
staff to fellow students are so supportive and friendly. Everyone here will work to
prepare you for success, not only in your undergraduate education, but also after
graduation. There are also so many things to get involved in on campus! All of this
contributes to the family feel here at ETSU.
What would you want a prospective student to know before coming on a tour with you?
Relax! I know the whole process can be nerve-wracking, but we want your tour to be
a fun experience where you can catch a glimpse of life on campus at ETSU. Don’t be
nervous; we are students, too! We understand the process of choosing a college that
you are going through, and we’re here to make that process a little easier!
What is your favorite study spot on campus?
My favorite study spot on campus is in the courtyard in the middle of Brown Hall!
I love to study outside and this area is so beautiful on campus. Plus, I spend a lot
of my time in Brown Hall as a biology major, so it’s really close to most of my classes.
It’s a great place to get some fresh air on a pretty day.
