The Creative Arts Scholarship Program is for first-time, out-of-state graduate and undergraduate students, including international and transfer students. Applicants must be accepted to ETSU before they will be considered for a Creative Arts Scholarship.

The ETSU Forensics and Debate Council is a student organization that practices parliamentary debate and individual forensic events. The team participates in several tournaments each semester, representing East Tennessee State University on both a local and state level.

 

The Forensics and Debate Council is worth a college credit, helps improve speaking skills, and reduces stage fright.
