Brief Biography:
Brea Roberts is a Lecturer at ETSU's CBAT in the Marketing department. Prior to coming back to ETSU, she served as the Director for the Appalachian Highlands Women's Business Center. During her time at the Women's Business Center, Brea focused on creating tailored services for women entrepreneurs. Her commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by women in business reflects her genuine desire to support and empower the next generation of female leaders.
Before joining the Appalachian Highlands Women's Business Center, Brea demonstrated her commitment to community service as President of the Board of Directors at the Kingsport Child Development Center. She also held the position of Executive Director at iPartnr Technologies, leading teams through rapid growth and effectively managing multiple projects.
With a Master of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University (ETSU), Brea has been recognized for her leadership skills, having served as an ambassador in the Andrew CBAT Leadership Academy and earning the title of Student of Excellence in her MBA program and CBAT Graduate Programs. Her academic journey also includes a triple major in Political Science, History, and Liberal Arts from Southern Virginia University.
