Jacob Higgs is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he earned both a Master of Arts in Brand and Media Strategy, along with a graduate certificate in Film Production, and a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communication with a concentration in Radio, Television, and Film, and a minor in English.

His career in media spans a range of fields, including advertising, branded storytelling, narrative and documentary filmmaking, marketing, and television production. He is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he works as a Multimedia Content Producer in the global manufacturing industry.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys drawing, reading, attending live music performances, and watching films.
