The Marketing Program at ETSU focuses on creating and managing customers. It deals with the strategies and business processes involved in researching markets, deciding which markets to pursue, identifying what unique value to provide, and assembling the products, services, people, and partner firms needed to build, communicate and deliver that value. Marketing majors must select one of three concentrations listed below:

Concentration I - Marketing Management 24 Credit Hours
Concentration II - Integrated Marketing Communications   24 Credit Hours
Concentration III - Merchandising   31 Credit Hours
