The Department of Allied Health Sciences is a multidisciplinary department offering four BSAH online degree completion programs:
Cardiopulmonary Science
Dental Hygiene
Imaging Science (Radiography)
The online degree completion program is designed specifically for health care professionals who are licensed or license eligible healthcare providers who have completed their associates degree.
A.A.S. graduates find that many of their allied health credit hours do not transfer to a four-year institution, however, our online completion program affords A.A.S. graduates the opportunity to receive undergraduate credit for allied health courses completed at the community college level. The BSAH online degree completion programs are 100% online. The number of courses in which a student enrolls each semester is entirely up to the student. The length of time to complete the program is also determined by the student based on the number of credit hours he/she chooses to complete each semester.
Each of the programs will prepare graduates with entry level management, group dynamics, and supervisory skills as they relate to the student's allied health discipline. Students who successfully complete the program will have increased mobility into supervisory and leadership positions.
Students may enroll in classes in fall, spring, and summer semesters each year.
