I enjoy the “small big town” feel of the campus and the city, the beautiful mountain views, and the opportunity to form supportive relationships with peers and faculty mentors alike. Life in Northeast Tennessee I love the “small big town” atmosphere; a place where I can find good sushi, but can also go for a relaxing weekend hike through the woods just a few miles from campus. Prior Life I spent the past six years working as a dietitian in Memphis, TN. In returning to school, I hoped to gain training to provide more comprehensive care. Now just eight months into school, I’m very pleased with the knowledge and skills I’ve gained through our physical exam skills (PES), gross anatomy, and physiology courses. I’d like to add that the simulation lab at Quillen has been amazing in allowing us to practice new clinical skills! Why Quillen
