ETSU’s Physical Therapy Residents and Fellows are provided with the opportunity to participate in research opportunities through ETSU. Residents and Fellows will complete research curriculum and guided mentorship while engaging in active research.
Research curriculum:
- Introduction to Practice Guidelines
- Literature Review
- Writing Case Reports
Research opportunities:
- All participants will complete two case reports related to physical therapy management of a patient
- All participants submit one abstract to a state or national conference
Residents participate in one of the following- Participate in an active ongoing research project
- Present at a local, regional, state or national conference
- Fellows in training complete one research project supervised by ETSU faculty
