ETSU welcomes the following new faculty and staff to the university family:
Chelsey S. Blevins is a secretary in Gatton College of Pharmacy’s Department of Pharmacy Practice. She was previously an executive aide in the Department of Literature and Language. She holds a B.A. in English from ETSU.
Dr. Leon J.A. Dumas is an assistant professor of medical education in the Quillen College of Medicine after serving as director of Dr. Leon Dumas Inc. He holds his M.Med. degree from the University of the Free State in South Africa.
Nicole Fisher is a secretary in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She worked in school nutrition with Bristol Tennessee City Schools.
Dr. Brian E. Ingalls is an associate professor with ETSU Family Medicine Associates. Before coming to ETSU, he was a staff physician with American Family Care. He holds an M.D. from Southern Illinois University.
Aisha Akilah Lumpkin is a custodian with Facilities Management. She is a graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
Stephanie Ownby is an office supervisor at ETSU at Sevierville after serving as a temporary employee. She holds an associate degree in general studies from Walters State Community College.
Amanda Jane York is a licensed clinical social worker in the Office of Practice, Johnson City Community Health Center. She was previously a team leader with the Department of Children’s Services. She holds a master of social work degree and a master of education degree in human sexuality from Widener University.
