JOHNSON CITY (Sept. 22, 2020) – ETSU Votes is celebrating National Voter Registration Day (Sept. 22) by inviting students, faculty and the community to a variety of “Election 101” webinars and voter registration events this week.
These events will cover the voter registration process, absentee ballots, polling locations, work opportunities, and key dates voters need to know.
Voter information tables will be set up to provide information in person today from 3-5 p.m. at the Basler Center for Physical Activity and Thursday, Sept. 24, from noon-3 p.m. on the first floor of the D.P. Culp Student Center. Individuals visiting the tables in-person must observe ETSU COVID-19 guidelines (etsu.edu/coronavirus/events-community/).
In addition, a Zoom webinar will be held Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 11 a.m. at etsu.zoom.us/j/99190022154.
Members of the campus community are encouraged to watch for announcements of additional voter information events in the coming days.
